I apply to subscribe for a Children's ISA for the tax year ending  and, where applicable, each subsequent year as detailed below.

Investment Details

Please enter the amount you would like to invest in your Children's ISA in Pounds Sterling. You can choose to invest a one-off Lump Sum and/or a Monthly amount. Please note that Monthly payments will be taken via Direct Debit whereas Lump Sum payments will be processed using our Secure Payment system. Both payment types will be processed as part of our checkout process.
The minimum total lump sum/transfer investment per fund is £10 and the minimum monthly payment per fund is £10. A maximum of £4,000 can be invested this year.
This is a one-off sum that will be paid into your Children's ISA. A one-off Payment of the Lump Sum will be taken from you using our secure payment service SagePay after all details of this application have been entered.
This sum will be paid into your Children's ISA each month via Direct Debit.
The total sum invested for the current year. This is calculated by multiplying the Monthly amount by 12 and adding it to the Lump Sum invested. A maximum of £4,000 can be invested in a year.

Confirmation of Direct Debit Instruction

The company name which will appear on your Bank Statement against the Direct Debits will be AVALON.

Your Direct Debit Instruction will be confirmed to you by email 10 working days prior to the first collection, which will be within the next month. We will also notify you of the amount being collected. Any changes to the frequency or amount of your collections will be advised to you 10 working days in advance.

We will lodge your Direct Debit Instruction against the account provided within the next 10 working days.

Instructions to your Bank or Building Society to pay by Direct Debit

Please pay Avalon Investment Services Ltd Direct Debits from the account detailed in this Instruction subject to the safeguards assured by the Direct Debit Guarantee. I understand that this Instruction may remain with Avalon Investment Services Ltd and, if so, details will be passed electronically to my Bank/Building Society.

Banks and Building Societies may not accept Direct Debit Instructions for some types of accounts.

The Direct Debit Guarantee

  • This Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits
  • If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit Avalon Investment Services Ltd will notify you 10 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request Avalon Investment Services Ltd to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request.
  • If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, by Avalon Investment Services Ltd or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society.
  • If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when Avalon Investment Services Ltd ask you to.
  • You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify us.
